The Chief CMA345 is a ceiling plate that minimizes the transfer of shock and extreme vibration for projector or monitor ceiling installations.  A flexible, neoprene rubber joint minimizes shock & vibration - and the offset design allows for a natural cable exit when mounting to a flat surface.
